Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE N-[3-(3-CIANOPIRAZOL[1,5-a]PIRIMIDIN-7-IL)FENIL]-N-ETILACETAMIDA) (ZALEPLON)". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de "zaleplon" (N-[3(3-cianopirazol]1,5-apirimidin-7-il)fenil]-N-etil-acetamida) na reação de 3-dimetilamino-1-(3-N-etil-N-acetilaminofenil)-2-propen-1-ona com 3-aminopirazoL-4-carbonitrilo, que compreende realizar a referida reação em uma solução aquosa de ácido fórmico, sob concentrações de ácido fórmico na faixa de 20-80% (p/p). O zaleplon é de utilidade como um ansiolítico, um sedativo e um relaxante muscular esqueletal.
