Abstract
"PROTEÍNAS DE LIGAÇÃO DE ALVEJAMENTO DIRETO". A presente invenção refere-se a proteínas de ligação monoespecíficas, multivalentes. Estas proteínas de ligação compreendem dois ou mais sítios de ligação, onde cada sítio de ligação liga-se especificamente ao mesmo tipo de célula alvo, e preferivelmente com o mesmo antígeno sobre uma tal célula alvo. A presente invenção também refere-se a composições de diacorpos, triacorpos e tetracorpos monoespecíficos, e a vetores recombinantes úteis para a expressão destas proteínas de ligação funcionais em um hospedeiro microbiano. São também fornecidos métodos de empregar composições da invenção no tratamento e/ou diagnose de tumores.
