"COMPOSTO DE MOLDAGEM DE FOLHA COM CARACTERÍSTICAS APERFEIÇOADAS". É apresentada uma parte compósita produzida de um composto de moldagem de folha, tendo características aperfeiçoadas sobre as partes compósitas do composto de moldagem de folha tradicional. O material fibroso é introduzido como uma camada de cobertura fina, adjacente a uma camada de pasta, a cobertura fina fluindo bem durante o processo de moldagem. As características superficiais e de fluxo aperfeiçoadas de uma parte compósita são atribuídas ao alongamento da cobertura fina durante a moldagem e à capacidade de suplemento aperfeiçoada.
