Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO DE ISOCIANATO E SEU USO NA PREPARAÇÃO DE POLIURETANO EXPANDIDO COM PROPRIEDADES FISICO-MECÂNICAS MELHORADAS". A presente invenção refere-se a composições de isocianato com funcionalidade isocianato entre 2,2 e 2,9 que incluem a) 20 a 80% em peso do produto de reação de metileno difenil isocianato (MDI) com pelo menos um poliéter poliol compreendendo óxido de etileno (EO) e óxido de propileno (PO) com uma funcionalidade de 2 a 8, um peso molecular médio de 200 a 6000 e um teor de óxido de etileno de 20 a 90% em peso e sendo que cada produto de reação tem um teor de NCO livre de 26 a 33% em peso; e b) 10 a 80% em peso de um polímero de MDI.
