Abstract
EXPRESSÃO DE FRAGMENTO DE ANTICORPO SOLÃVEL POR TRUNCAÃÃO DE DOMÃNIO CH1. à obtida expressão aprimorada de fragmentos de anticorpos ativos (Fabs) truncando uma região constante de cadeia pesada. A truncação do domÃnio CH1 de um fragmento Fab pode aumentar a produção de fragmento de anticorpo ativo solúvel em Pseudomonas fluorescens. Outra modalidade da invenção inclui secreção da cadeia leve e um fragmento da cadeia pesada com vários C-términos (por exemplo, VH- CH1 truncadas a diferentes extensões). A região CW1 truncada pode ser usada como um andaime para criar outros Fabs. Também é incluÃda truncação dos domÃnios de cadeia leve capa e/ou de cadeia leve lâmbda de um fragmento Fab. A invenção também inclui expressão de fragmentos Fab fundidos a outros peptÃdeos ou moléculas (por exemplo, toxinas, proteÃnas, peptÃdeos, enzimas, e etc.).
