"APARELHO E MÉTODO PARA DETECTAR SE UMA GARRAFA TAMPADA TEM UMA TAMPA INCORRETAMENTE POSICIONADA". Um aparelho para detectar garrafas mal tampadas para uso em uma linha de garrafas compreende um sistema detector de posição de tampa de garrafa tendo emissores de sinal e detectores de sinal. Os emissores de sinal são posicionados adjacentes a um transportador que transporta garrafas, de modo a direcionar sinais a diferentes locais alvo de tampa. A presença ou ausência de um sinal detectado pelos detectores de sinal indica uma ou mais posições de tampa incorretas.
