Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A HIDROCONFORMAÇÃO DE UM TUBO DE MATERIAL SÓLIDO DÚCTIL, E, LUBRIFICANTE DE FILME LÍQUIDO". A presente invenção descreve um processo de hidroconformação para partes de metal que usa lubrificantes de filme sólidos e líquidos. Os lubrificantes usados na invenção são particularmente utilizáveis para lubrificação da lateral de matriz. O processo inclui uma etapa na qual uma parte de metal dúctil é sobrerevestida com lubrificante de filme sólido ou lubrificante de filme liquido. Os lubrificantes líquidos preferivelmente incluem um óleo e opcionalmente um tensoativo. Os lubrificantes sólidos preferivelmente incluem um cera dura e opcionalmente um tensoativo.
