"CONGELAMENTO/RESFRIAMENTO DE CREME DE LEITE TIPO FRESCO PASTEURIZADO E/OU UHT E/OU "IN NATURA" PARA USO TAMBÉM EM CREME "CHANTILLY". A presente invenção que utiliza o creme de leite fresco pasteurizado e/ou "in natura" e/ou UHT, com qualquer e/ou variado teor de gordura, sem necessitar ou proibir a adição de flavorizantes e/ou conservantes e/ou saborizantes e/ou adicionamentos nutricionais e/ou estabilizantes e/ou corantes - artificiais ou naturais - sem petrificar, (temperatura preferível entre -18 C e 10 C ) batido até a consistência de ponto pastoso, espesso mas sem firmeza, submetido ao congelamento/resfriamento, permite os mesmos vastos usos e empregos que o produto "in natura" e/ou pasteurizado e/ou UHT em culinária e/ou confeitaria. Além disso possibilita melhores condições de armazenamento, transporte, comercialização, aumenta o período de conservação e utilização e armazenamento pelo consumidor.
