Abstract
"PD-1, UM RECEPTOR PARA B7-4, E USOS PARA ISTO". A invenção identifica PD-1 como um receptor para B7-4. B7-4 pode inibir ativação de célula imune aglutinando a um receptor inibidor em uma célula imune. Conformemente, a invenção fornece agentes para modular PD-1, B7-4, e a interação entre B7-4 e PD-1 a fim de modular um sinal co-estimulador ou um inibidor em uma célula imune resultando em modulação da resposta imune.
