Abstract
"2-PIRAZOLIN-5-ONAS". Os compostos químicos tendo a fórmula estrutural (I) e os seus sais fisiologicamente aceitáveis são inibidores da atividade de serina/treonina e tirosina cinase. Diversas das tirosina cinases, cuja atividade é inibida por estes compostos químicos, estão envolvidas nos processos angiogênicos. Assim, estes compostos químicos podem melhorar os estados de doença onde a angiogênese ou a hiperproliferação de células endoteliais for um fator. Estes compostos podem ser usados para tratar o câncer e os distúrbios hiperproliferativos.
