Abstract
"FORRAÇÃO DE TETO MONTÁVEL CONTRA UM TETO DE UM VEÍCULO PARA FORMAR UMA PARTE DO INTERIOR DE UM VEÍCULO, VEÍCULO, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA FORRAÇÃO DE TETO". Uma forração de teto para o interior do veiculo, tal como um automóvel, inclui um substrato de poliuretano poroso (102) tendo uma superficie lado-A e uma superfície lado-B. A superfície lado-B é unida com camada de reforço. A superfície lado-A é ocultada com um tecido decorativo (106), opcionalmente tendo um apoio espumado (108), exposto para o interior do veículo. Interposta entre a superfície lado-A e o tecido decorativo está um laminado multicamada (120), que inclui uma camada adesiva (122) para aderir o laminado multicamada ao tecido decorativo, uma camada barreira (124) para impedir o poliuretano ou precursores de poliuretano de vazarem através dela durante formação do substrato; e uma camada que mantém forma (126) tendo resistência suficiente para impedir os poros na superfície lado-A do substrato de interferirem substancialmente na aparência externa do tecido decorativo.
