Abstract

A estrutura de cristal da cPLA2 foi também resolvida usando tal material. Os modelos baseados em tal estrutura de cristal são também proporcionados. Os métodos de identificar inibidores da atividade e da ligação à membrana da cPLA2 usando tais modelos são também descritos.
