Abstract

"PAMONHA PRÉ-COZIDA E CONGELADA EM EMBALAGEM DE POLIETILENO". Compreendida em embalar os ingredientes da pamonha em recipiente de polietileno (1), onde será cozida e em seguida congelada rapidamente, em um túnel de congelamento, com o fim de impedir a proliferação de bactérias, e eliminar os riscos de contaminação da pamonha depois de pronta, e também em razão de estar congelada; além de aumentar o prazo de validade, facilita a exposição em supermercados, e não apenas em casas especializadas, permitindo assim uma produção industrial automatizada em maior escala, o que proporcionará uma comercialização da pamonha, com menor custo, estando assim disponível e acessível a todos os consumidores.
