Abstract

PICOLÉ DE PAMONHA. Constitui-se em um produto, que difere dos seus similares já existentes como picolé de milho, por tratar-se de picolé feito com a massa da pamonha que utiliza os seguinte ingredientes. -leite integral -açucar -liga neutra -leite em pó -glucose -goma agar-agar -emulsificante e estabilizante neutro -chantily -pamonha. Seu modo de preparo consiste em misturar todos os igredientes, bater em liquidificador durante dez minutos, colocar em suas devidas formas de variados modelos, congelar e manter a uma temperatura de -15 C a mais.
