Abstract
VARIANTES DE ADOÇANTE DE TRUFAS DE MEL (HTS). A presente invenção refere-se variantes proteicas modificadoras do sabor doce fúngico (designadas variantes proteicas de Adoçante de Trufa de Mel (HTS)) e polinucleotídeos que as codificam. Especificamente, são descritas variantes proteicas Myd (HTS) com atividade de modulação do sabor doce e o cDNA que as codifica, juntamente com métodos para isolar tal cDNA e para isolar e expressar tais proteínas. Também são divulgadas composições adoçantes que incluem as proteínas da invenção e métodos para conferir sabor aprimorado a um produto para administração oral.
