PRODUTO ALIMENTÍCIO OU DE BEBIDA, MÉTODO DE PREPARO DE UM PRODUTO ALIMENTÍCIO OU DE BEBIDA, E, USO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO DE GLICOSÍDEO DE ESTEVIOL.A presente invenção fornece um produto alimentício ou de bebida que compreende uma composição de glicosídeo de esteviol, sendo que a dita composição compreende rebaudiosídeo A (reb A), esteviosídeo e rebaudiosídeo C (reb C), sendo que a composição de glicosídeo de esteviol está presente em uma quantidade abaixo de seu limite de doçura. Descobriu-se que o produto alimentício ou de bebida tem um sabor modificado ou intensificado em comparação com um produto alimentício ou de bebida que não compreende a composição de glicosídeo de esteviol.
