CÉLULAS EXPRESSANDO RECEPTORES DE SABOR AMARGO E USOS DAS MESMAS.A presente revelação se refere de modo geral à expressão de receptores de sabor T2R em células eucarióticas, tais como células U2OS. A revelação se refere também a métodos de expressar receptores de sabor T2R em tais células, e a métodos de rastrear substâncias que modulam receptores T2R, e que, portanto, podem ser úteis como moduladores do sabor amargo.
