BLENDA SECA DE GLICOSÍDEOS DE ESTEVIOL, BEBIDA, CONCENTRADO DE BEBIDA, USO DE UMA BLENDA SECA, E, MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA COMPOSIÇÃO ADOÇANTE DE ALTA SOLUBILIDADE.A presente invenção se refere a composições de glicosídeo de esteviol contendo blendas de glicosídeo de esteviol que aumentam de modo sinérgico a solubilidade de rebaudiosídeo D e de rebaudiosídeo M. Essas novas composições têm um sabor limpo e podem ser usadas como adoçantes ou intensificadores de doçura em alimentos e bebidas com teor de açúcar reduzido. Também são aqui revelados métodos para o preparo e uso dessas composições.
