Abstract
Trata-se de um aparelho para resfriar um ingrediente seco que consiste em um invólucro que tem um espaço interno através do qual flui o ingrediente seco; um anel de compressão posicionados no espaço interno e através do qual flui o ingrediente seco, sendo que o anel de compressão pode ser posicionado no espaço interno e tem uma região construída para cooperar com o invólucro para fornecer uma passagem ajustável através da qual um criogênio é introduzido no ingrediente seco; e uma porta de injeção em comunicação fluida com a passagem ajustável para introduzir o criogênio na passagem ajustável. Um método relacionado também é fornecido.
