MÃTODO PARA IDENTIFICAÃÃO DE PADRÃES CDR3 ASSOCIADOS à DOENÃA EM UM REPERTÃRIO IMUNOLÃGICO.A presente divulgação se refere, de modo geral, ao método para desenvolver testes diagnósticos que se baseiam na resposta imune e repertório imunológico resultante. O método presentemente revelado aumenta o sinal e reduz o segundo plano para permitir a identificação das CDR3s compartilhadas que podem ser empregadas para produzir a assinatura da doença. 0 método presentemente revelado pode ser usado para desenvolver um teste de diagnóstico para diferentes doenças incluindo, porém não limitado ao câncer, doença autoimune, doença inflamatória e doença infecciosa.
