Abstract
MÃTODO PARA MEDIR UMA ALTERAÃÃO EM UM REPERTÃRIO IMUNOLÃGICO INDIVIDUAL. A presente invenção se refere aos métodos para determinar a alteração no repertório imune de um indivÃduo que sofre de doença ou passa por terapia para o tratamento de uma doença. Os métodos usam a diferença entre a alteração no nÃvel de diversidade de célula imune em um indivÃduo antes, durante ou após um evento de saúde para determinar o efeito da doença ou o efeito de um regime de tratamento no indivÃduo. A diferença no nÃvel de diversidade de célula imune é referida como o Ãndice Delta e é definida como a alteração quantitativa e qualitativa (ganho ou perda de clones) das células imunes mais dinâmicas do indivÃduo com o tempo.
