A Philips chegou ao Brasil na década de 1920 e logo levou à mesa e à sala de estar lâmpadas e rádios. O primeiro depósito de marca no INPI foi feito em 1933, registrando a presença formal da empresa. A marca PHILIPS ganhou registro próprio em 1952 e passou a estampar aparelhos de TV que viraram companhia nas noites brasileiras.
Na cozinha, a história ganhou sabor com a WALITA, cujo registro veio em 1976, trazendo batedeiras e liquidificadores ao supermercado e ao dia a dia. Para as famílias, a AVENT chegou com depósito em 1993, com produtos para bebês encontrados em farmácias. O SONICARE, registrado em 2000, levou cuidado bucal ao banheiro.
Em 2015, ano de maior atividade de registros da empresa no INPI, surgiram marcas como HEALTHSUITE, UGROW e SPARKLY, voltadas à saúde conectada. A INNOVATION YOU, de 2013, e as de 2017, JOVIA e DUNLEE, ampliaram o cuidado médico e o bem-estar. Das lâmpadas aos apps, a Philips ficou no cotidiano brasileiro.
