"TRAMAS FUNDIDAS POR SOPRO, QUE NÃO FORMA RESÍDUOS". Descreve-se aqui uma trama fundida por sopro possuindo fibras e partículas fundidas por sopro. As partículas são embutidas e retidas por uma ou mais fibras fundidas por sopro como resultado da penetração de superfície das partículas em uma ou mais fibras fundidas por sopro. A penetração de superfície de qualquer partícula em uma ou mais fibras fundidas por sopro é geralmente pequena, deixando, desta forma, uma quantidade substancial na área de superfície de qualquer partícula disponível para interação com qualquer meio ao qual a trama seja exposta.
