Abstract
"COMPOSTO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA E MÉTODO PARA TRATAR OU PREVENIR UM DISTÚRBIO TROMBOEMBÓLICO" A presente invenção fornece novos compostos da Fórmula (I): A-B. suas formas pró-medicamentos, ou seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, em que A representa uma estrutura de anel heterocíclico bicíclico saturado, insaturado ou parcialmente insaturado, e B representa um grupo arila ou um heteroarila. Compostos preferidos da presente invenção compreendem um núcleo de benzimidazol ou de indol. Os compostos desta invenção são inibidores das serina proteases, Urocinase (uPA), Fator Xa (FXa),e/ou Fator VIIa (FVIIa), e têm utilidade como agentes anti-câncer e/ou como anticoagulantes para o tratamento ou prevenção de distúrbios tromboembólicos em mamíferos.
