Abstract
"LIBERAÇÃO MELHORADA DE AGENTES ATIVOS DE MEDICAMENTOS A PARTIR DE UM REVESTIMENTO DE GOMA DE MASCAR" Método de produção de uma goma de mascar com uma liberação melhorada de agente ativo, bem como a goma de mascar assim produzida, é obtida pela adição de um agene ativo a um revestimento de goma de mascar. O agente ativo é adicionado ao revestimento numa solução de revestimento ou previamente misturado com um aromatizante ou solvente. A solução de revestimento pode cnter adoçantes ou outros agentes transdérmicos de melhoria para obter aumentada absorção transmucosa. Um agente ativo também pode ser usado no recheio de goma.
