Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE ACESSO LAPAROSCÓPICO SELADO Um dispositivo de acesso manual (1) em cirurgia laparoscópica assistida manualmente compreende um manguito inflável substancialmente tubular (5) de material flexível com selo de gás tendo uma porção torcida interna de manguito (12) e uma porção externa de manguito (12). O dispositivo (1) possui um anel-O interno (30) para inserção através de uma abertura de ferida (3) na cavidade abdominal (4) e um anel-O externo (31) para localização fora da abertura de ferida. Na inserção de um braço de cirurgião (2) o manguito (5) everte-se enquanto monitora um selo de lúmen reduzido (25) ao braço (2) e um selo às aberturas de ferida (3).
