Abstract
''PROCESSO DA CÂMARA FRIA PARA PREPARAR UM PERFIL DE FUNDIÇÃO, PROCESSO DE VAZAR UM ARTIGO DE METAL, ARTIGO DE METAL, E, SISTEMA AGLUTINANTE DE FUNDIÇÃO" Um aglutinante de fundição direcionando-se aos problemas de fluidez reduzida conduzindo à resistência reduzida e provendo vida de bancada prolongada, conduzindo a resistência à tração mais elevada, é produzido de (a) uma resina de epóxi, (b) um poliisocianato acrilado, (c) um monômero e/ou polímero acrílico e (d) um agente oxidante. O aglutinante é misturado com agregado de fundição e curado com uma amina gasosa através de um processo de câmara fria para obter um perfil de fundição útil como um molde para vazar um artigo de metal.
