Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "VEDAÇÃO DE DESVIO FLUTUANTE PARA PERMUTADORES DE CALOR ROTATIVOS REGENERATIVOS" . O desvio de fluxo de gás em torno dos elementos de aquecimento (40) em um preaquecedor de ar regenerativo é reduzido pelo uso de vedações de desvio flutuantes (46, 50, 56), que são colocadas nos compartimentos de rotor (28) entre elementos de aquecimento empilhados (40). As vedações (46, 50, 56) compreendem uma moldura (58) com um centro aberto, com a porção de moldura periférica formando ponte com as folgas entre os elementos de aquecimento (40) e os lados dos compartimentos (28). As vedações (46, 50, 56) podem ser ajustadas e podem incluir uma vedação de borda deformável (60) para contatar realmente e vedar contra os lados.
