Abstract
Patente de Invenção: ''CATALISADORES DE CIANETO DE DUPLO METAL CONTENDO AGENTES COMPLEXANTES BIDENTADOS CÍCLICOS'' . São revelados catalisadores de cianeto de duplo metal (DMC) e métodos para produzi-los. Os catalisadores consistem de um composto de DMC, de um agente complexante orgânico, e opcionalmente de um polímero funcionalizado. O componente chave é o agente complexante, que consiste de um C~ 3~-C~ 5~álcool alifático e de um composto bidentado cíclico selecionado de lactamas e lactonas. Os poliéteres polióis feitos a partir dos catalisadores contêm níveis reduzidos de componentes de alto peso molecular (Mn maior do que 400.000) e apresentam uma performance consistentemente melhor em aplicações de uretana tais como espumas moldadas e flexíveis.
