Abstract

"FRESA HELICOIDAL TENDO CANAIS MÚLTIPLOS COM ÂNGULOS DE SAÍDA DIFERENTES". Uma fresa de topo helicoidal de múltiplos canais (10) com pelo menos dois canais (20-26). Cada canal inclui uma pluralidade de insertos (38) presos nele. Os insertos (38) são todos idênticos. Os insertos (38) em canais diferentes (20-26) sendo presos neles em ângulos de saída diferentes ( , ) resultando em diferentes comprimentos axiais efetivos (EAL) dos insertos. Este comprimento efetivo diferente de insertos em canais adjacentes resulta em corte efetivo ao todo e é particularmente benéfico onde os insertos em um dado canal não têm arestas de corte sobrepostas.
