Abstract

PASSAGEM MELHORADA PARA UM EVAPORADOR Distribuição de refrigerante líquido em um evaporador tendo um par de coletores espaçados (20), (22) e uma pluralidade de tubos (24) estendendo-se entre os coletores (20), (22) para definir diversas passagens de refrigerante espaçadas (42) é obtida através da utilização de pelo menos uma entrada de refrigerante (30), (32), (34), (36) dentro de um dos coletores (20). A entrada tem uma primeira porta (49) adaptada para ser conectada a uma fonte de refrigerante a ser evaporado, e segunda e terceira portas orientadas opostamente (50), (52) conectadas à primeira porta (49). A Segunda porta (50) é orientada para longe de um lado (44) do coletor (20) enquanto que a terceira porta (54) é orientada para o lado (44) do coletor (20).
