Abstract

TAMPA DE TORÇÃO Uma tampa de torção (10) para uso com garrafa de gargalo (11), uma borda (12) e uma saliência (14) que circunda o gargalo (11) e uma pluralidade de seções inclinadas (16). A tampa (10) inclui uma parede (20), uma aba (21) e uma pluralidade de linguetas (26) estendendo-se a partir da extremidade de baixo da aba (21). As linguetas (26) são em forma de T e incluem um braço cruzado (28) que se estende adjacente à extremidade livre da haste (27). A tampa (10) é feita de chapa de aço inoxidável (32) revestida de estanho (33) e uma camada de verniz ou laca (34) com as extremidades da tampa (10) sendo formadas por quinas aparadas de forma que uma camada de estanho resistente à corrosão cubra substancialmente as extremidades.
