Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "SOLUÇÃO AQUOSA E PROCESSO PARA FOSFATIZAÇÃO DE SUPERFÍCIES METÁLICAS" . É descrita uma solução aquosa contendo fosfato para preparação de camadas de fosfato em superfícies metálicas de ferro, aço, zinco, ligas de zinco, alumínio ou ligas de alumínio que contêm 0,3 até 5 g de Zn²^ +^/I, 0,1 até 2 g de nitroguanidina/I, e 0,05 até 0,5 g de hidroxilamina/I, sendo que o valor S é de 0,03 até 0,03 e a proporção em peso de Zn²^ +^ para P~ 2~O~ 5~=1 : 5 até 1: 30. Além disso é descrito um processo para fosfatização pelo qual as superfícies metálicas são limpas, em seguida são tratadas com a solução aquosa contendo fosfato previamente mencionada durante um tempo de 5 segundos até 10 minutos a uma temperatura de 15 até 70°C e finalmente são enxagüadas com água.
