Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA O REVESTIMENTO DE UMA SUPERFÍCIE COM UM FILME DE PLÁSTICO" A invenção se refere a um controle de qualidade para o revestimento de uma superfície de um objeto, especialmente a superfície de um pára-choque (1) de veículo automotor de passageiros, com um filme de plástico (2). Durante e/ou após a aplicação do filme de plástico à superfície, o dito revestimento é irradiado com radiação infravermelha, para aquecer pelo menos partes do revestimento e/ou, opcionalmente, umidade residual entre a superfície e o filme de plástico (2). Isto permite que ligeiras irregularidades do filme de plástico sejam compensadas, o revestimento adesivo seja distribuído de uma maneira homogênea e, opcionalmente, a umidade residual seja coletada na forma de bolhas que se seguem à radiação infravermelha. Defeitos ou irregularidades no revestimento podem, assim, ser identificados durante ou pouco após a radiação.
