Abstract
"PAINÉIS ESTRUTURAIS LEVES, PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAÇÃO CONTÍNUA DE PAPÉIS ESTRUTURAIS LEVES COM CARGA MINERAL". O objetivo da invenção é painel estrutural leve, processo, e aparelho para fabricação continua de painéis estruturais leves com carga mineral. O painel estrutural leve compreende a carga mineral feito de lamelas de carga mineral, usualmente lã mineral estruturado na aparência semelhante à parquete e colado à camada de revestimento superior e inferior usualmente feita de folha de metal. O processo para sua fabricação compreende diversas fases começando com folha de metal e faixa de preparação de carga mineral e continuando com conjunto do painel em um dispositivo de faixa dupla a ser concluído pelo corte da faixa em painéis individuais. O aparelho para fabricação do painel é um dispositivo para realizar o processo para fabricação de painel estrutural leve.
