Abstract
"MICROGRÂNULOS DE LIBERAÇÃO IMEDIATA, PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO DOS MESMOS, E, PREPARAÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS". A presente invenção refere-se a uma nova formulação oral de liberação imediata de sulfato de morfina sob forma de microgrânulos. Cada microgrânulo compreende um grão de suporte neutro revestido com uma mistura de sulfato de morfina e um ligante como hidroxipropilmetilcelulose, que representa 10 a 50% em peso da mistura sulfato de morfina /ligante. A presente invenção refere-se igualmente a um processo de preparação destes microgrânulos completamente feitos em meio aquoso sobre os grãos de suporte neutros. A presente invenção refere-se, por fim, às preparações farmacêuticas contendo os microgrânulos de acordo com a invenção.
