Abstract
"PREPARAÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA SOB A FORMA DE COMPRIMIDOS DE ESFERÓIDES E PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DA MESMA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma nova forma galênica apresentada na forma de esferóides, contendo um ou mais princípios ativos, com exceção da tiagabina. A presente invenção estende-se também ao processo de preparação destes esferóides e às preparações farmacêuticas multiparticuladas, como comprimidos, contendo estes esferóides. Estas preparações farmacêuticas destinam-se à liberação dos esferóides que elas contêm, e caracterizam-se pela ausência de uma alteração do perfil de liberação do princípio ativo ou dos princípios ativos subseqüentemente a uma eventualmente etapa de compressão.
