Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO OPTOELETRÔNICO FOTOSSENSÍVEL ORGÂNICO". Um dispositivo optoeletrônico fotossensível orgânico (OPOD) é otimizado no sentido de aperfeiçoar características tais como a eficiência de quanta externa. O OPOD (300) pode ter um ou mais eletrodos transparentes (302, 304). O substrato (301) pode ser o eletrodo de fundo, ou pode haver um eletrodo de fundo distinto do substrato. Uma ou mais camadas fotocondutivas orgânicas (303) são dispostas entre os eletrodos. O OPOD pode ainda ter uma estrutura fotocondutiva de camada múltipla ou uma configuração empilhada de subcélulas optoeletrônicas fotossensíveis múltiplas. O OPOD pode ter ainda uma camada reflexiva ou um substrato reflexivo.
