Um sistema de frenagem de veículo, adaptado para aplicar uma lona de freio a um rotor de freio e tendo um dispositivo de controle de folga para manter a folga de curso livre entre a lona de freio e o rotor de freio, durante a fase de não-frenagem, compreendendo um motor elétrico (40) para ajuste da posição da lona de freio em relação ao rotor de freio, dito ajuste sendo dispositivo para ocorrer somente durante a condição de freios desativados.
