Abstract

APERFEIÇOAMENTO DO SISTEMA DE VEDAÇÃO DO FORNO DE CARROS DE GRELHAS USADOS NA OBTENÇÃO DE PELLETS A presente invenção cuja função é vedar a saída de gases do forno (2b) é um conjunto de construção simples e montado externamente ao forno, simplificando extraordinariamente a manutenção dos carros de grelhas. O dito sistema de vedação permite a fabricação de um carro compacto e simétrico (Fig.5) e funciona através de um sistema de alavancas constituído por uma travessa (5d) onde são fixados contra pesos (5a) através de tirantes (5b) articulados na extremidade (5c) da travessa, cuja função é forçar a peça (5e) e a barra de vedação (5h) contra a chapa (5f) fixada na parte inferior do "carro de grelhas" obtendo assim a vedação.
