Abstract
"SEPARADOR TRIFÁSICO PARA PERURAÇÃO UNDERBALANCED" . A presente invenção baseia-se em um vaso formado por um conjunto de tubulações (5,15,16,17) montados concentricamente e utilizando a combinação de separação por expansão volumétrica com uso seqüencial das forças centrífuga e de empuxo, cuja finalidade é separar o nitrogênio utilizado neste tipo de operação, e hidrocarbonetos que possam aparecer durante a perfuração. O separador é constituído por três fases, uma câmara de expansão de 20" (3) , uma helicóide (13) com inclinação decrescente, montado em volta de um tubo central (15) combinando força centrífuga e empuxo e um tanque de nível dinâmico (8) com controle de nível por sensores eletrônicos (7,9) .
