Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA ESTABILIZAÇÃO DE COMPOSTOS ANTIOXIDANTES E COMPOSIÇÃO AQUOSA" . A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para estabilização de compostos antioxidantes compreendendo a etapa de adicionar ao referido composto, em um meio aquoso, pelo menos um composto desoxigenador, pelo menos um composto seqüestrante de íons metálicos e pelo menos um composto reversor de reação de oxidação. A invenção é particularmente útil para estabilizar compostos antioxidantes, como o ácido ascórbico levógiro (LAA), popularmente conhecido como "Vitamina C", e LAA associado às proantocianidinas (OPC) para preparação de composiçòes farmacêuticas e cosméticas.
