"ROTEADOR DE CHAMADAS TELEFÔNICAS", compreendendo uma função (roteador de chamadas que automaticamente dirige a chamada via um operador pré-programado) que pode ser incorporada a um telefone convencional ou a qualquer aparelho que realize discagens pela linha telefônica comutada, podendo ser utilizada independente do tipo de aparelho telefônico (ou modem) utilizado, ou ainda em qualquer tipo de equipamento que faça discagem pela linha telefônica comutada, em que ela possa ser utilizada. O operador é qualquer um dos operadores habilitados para realizar chamadas telefônicas interurbanas (internacionais, interestaduais ou intermunicipais).
