Abstract
"FRAGMENTO DE DNA, E, DNA" Os oligonucleotídeos são sintetizados com base nas sequências de aminoácidos do término N da subunidade I e do término N da subunidade II da citocromo quinol oxidase tipo bd de Brevibacterium flavum, o PCR é realizado usando-se os oligonucleotídeos como iniciadores, e o DNA de cromossoma de B. flavum como gabarito, e um gene codificando a citocromo quinol oxidase tipo bd de B. flavum é obtido de uma biblioteca de CNA de cromossoma de Brevibacterium lactofermentum usando o fragmento de ampliação obtido acima como uma sonda.
