Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "FERRAMENTAS ABRASIVAS DE ESMERIL COM AUXILIARES DE ESMERILHAÇÃO INORGÂNICOS HIDRATADOS E NÃO HALOGENADOS" . Uma ferramenta abrasiva aglutinada inclui uma matriz de um aglutinante orgânico, grãos abrasivos dispersos no aglutinante orgânico e um auxiliar de esmerilhação na forma de um enchimento inorgânico não halogenado ou um enchimento hidratado. O enchimento inorgânico não halogenado pode reagir com radicais livres liberados do aglutinante orgânico durante a esmerilhação. O enchimento hidratado libera a água de maneira endotérmica. Uma ferramenta abrasiva revestida inclui um substrato flexível, grãos abrasivos aglutinados no substrato flexível, e um aglutinante orgânico contendo um auxiliar de esmerilhação incluindo um enchimento inorgânico não halogenado ou um enchimento hidratado revestido no substrato.
