Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "UNIDADE DE INJEÇÃO ELÉTRICA DE DOIS ESTÁGIOS" . A presente invenção trata de uma unidade de injeção totalmente elétrica, de dois estágios (14). Mais especificamente, uma unidade de injeção (14) na qual o parafuso de alimentação (30) é de preferência usado apenas para a plastificação e a injeção do material plastificado é obtida por um acumulador separado (20) com um atuador linear eletricamente acionado, como por exemplo um mecanismo de parafuso esférico (62). O êmbolo (34) do acumulador (20) sendo configurado com um percurso helicoidal (36) girável por meio de uma embreagem de uma via (86) interposta entre o êmbolo (34) e o parafuso esférico.
