Patente de Invenção "BIFIDOBACTERIUM BREVE E LEITE DE SOJA FERMENTADO PREPARADO COM O MESMO", caracterizado por conpreender "Bifidobacterium breve" demonstrando uma contagem viável de 1 x 10^ 9^ células/ml ou mais imediatamente após a cultura em um meio de leite de soja e mantendo uma contagem viável de 1x10^ 8^ células/ml ou mais após armazenagem por 14 dias a 10°C; e leite de soja fermentado contendo a mesma. Essa bifidobactéria demonstra uma queda reduzida de contagem viável durante armazenagem.
