"SEGMENTOS PURIFICADO E ISOLADO DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO, VETOR RECOMBINANTE, CÉLULAS HOSPEDEIRA RECOMBINANTE, E HOSPEDEIRA PROCARIÓTICA OU EUCARIÓTICA, COMPOSIÇÕES PURIFICADA, E FARMACÊUTICA, PROCESSOS PARA DETECTAR UMA ESPÉCIE DE DNA, PARA DETECTAR UMA CÉLULA BACTERIANA QUE EXPRESSE O MRNA QUE CODIFICA A STREPTOCOCCUS EQUISIMILIS HIALURONAN SINTASE, E PARA PRODUZIR ÁCIDO HIALURÔNICO, SEQUÊNCIA DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO PURIFICADA E ISOLADA, E, SEQUÊNCIA DE cDNA" A presente invenção diz respeito a um segmento de ácido nucleido tendo um segmento de região codificadora que codifica a hialuronato sintase do Streptococcus equisimilis, enzimaticamente ativa (seHAS) e ao uso deste segmento de ácido nucleico na preparação de células recombinantes que produzem a hialuronato sintase e o seu produto de ácido hialurônico. O hialuronato também é conhecido como ácido hialurônico ou hialuronan.
