Abstract
"PELÍCULA MICROPOROSA CONTENDO CARGAS INTUMESCÍVEIS EM ÁGUA". Uma camada de película microporosa respirável de auto-regulagem transmite vapor de água em condições de uso normal, e reduz ou elimina a transmissão de vapor quando o vapor no meio ambiente se torna excessivo. A camada da película inclui uma matriz de polímero com espaços vazios e uma pluralidade de partículas de carga intumescíveis em água finas dispostas nos espaços vazios. Quando há excesso de vapor, as partículas de carga intumescem para bloquear ou parcialmente bloquear a transmissão de vapor através dos espaços vazios e da camada de película.
