Um chassi (12) da parte traseira de um veículo de tração dianteira, o chassi (12) inclui uma base geralmente horizontal (11) a partir da qual se estende para trás um par de pernas (13). Suportada pelas pernas (13) está uma plataforma de recebimento de carga (14) por meio de quatro cilindros hidráulicos (15 até 18). Os cilindros hidráulicos (15 até 18) movem a plataforma de recebimento de carga (14) entre uma posição abaixada adjacente a uma superfície suportando o chassi (12) e uma posição de transporte elevada. Uma comporta de descarga (10) está articuladamente ligada com a traseira da plataforma de recebimento de carga (14).
